“Mi spiace fare voto negativo ma al check in nessuno ci ha detto che avremmo dovuto richiedere la pulizia della stanza ( per il covid non le fanno se non si richiesta) perciò la sera ci siamo trovati la stanza come l’avevamo lasciata. Il personale ci ha giustamente richiamato poiché per parlare al telefono nella lobby mi ero abbassata la mascherina ma poi ad un ospite con il quale si sono intrattenuti per diversi minuti non hanno detto nulla e ne era completamente sfornito.”

“I hope nobody else goes into this property, the person who contacts via text, long before your stay is rude and unprofessional. The place was dirty, when we arrived they were finishing painting the walls probably because there is mold and you can’t turn off the AC. I found pubic hair in the sheets of one of the 2 rooms, the other one didn’t have any sheets at all. I had to leave and go to a hotel. DISGUSTING ”
