“It would be appreciate a bit of maintenance and repairs in the apartments. we changed apt because the bathroom conditions were very poor ( tiles broken, window glass broken, ruined furniture). Or maybe, we were simply unlucky this time while checkin'in and not every apt is in neglected conditions. ”

“This property is falsely advertised. It is not new, sleek, or modern. The room is in a run-down building that does not feel safe. The flat is very far away from the lifts and there is not adequate signage about the way out of the building. The room was run down and shabby and looked nothing like the photos. There was black dust from the street accumulated in all the windows and the entire building smelled moldy. I left immediately and did not stay there and the hosts would not offer any refund.”

“There was no information about the property. Where to eat, useful phone numbers etc. There was no hanging space or hangers. Kitchen equipment and crockery old and mismatched. Bedroom very cramped. Handle hanging off in the kitchen. Could not access live tv and not all apps accessible.”

“location is perfect. flat is 4 flights of stairs up. there is a lift but inside is a warning sign that it gets stuck. so NO. carry your luggage. No TV. No clothes dryer. heat and water were out for day. Flat next door had smoke alarm beeping for 2 days straight. Lights were out in bathroom. Very overpriced for accommodations. Altido was excellent with communications but building issues were out of their control.”

“L'appartamento è nuovo e ben tenuto, spazioso pur essendo un monolocale. Pulito e letti comodi. La cucina è ben fornita e ci sono anche tè/caffè/zucchero/latte. Come da nostra richiesta ci sono stati forniti culla e seggiolone per la nostra bimba con un piccolo supplemento. La struttura si trova in una zona molto bella e residenziale. E' esattamente a metà strada tra le stazioni della metro South Kensington e Sloane Square (qui si arriva con la circle lane/gialla direttamente da Liverpool...
