"We booked because it was so hot out and the hotel has huge, great pool with a partial roof. BUT- beware- they CLoSE pool for 2 hours 1 to 3!! Just when u want to swim! To Americans this is kinda crazy! To the Europeans , they were ok with it - they go to the beach with a million chairs 10 deep. Another kind of crazy - if ypu book on any website beside their website ( and how would i even know about this hotel) You Can't PARK in their lot. We oaud over $180 and were told "oh no parking for you."...

"The room is okay. Unfortunately, the mini-bar was empty. Breakfast includes only one hot drink. After that you have to pay if you wanna get another drink. Juice fruits are for free. "

"Short family beach break.The staff was really friendly and helpful, everybody, from reception, to car parking staff, especially the car parking guys, to barman at the bar, waiters and cleaners. Reception area and pool were very nice and tidy. Rooms however very dated, musty smell and basic forniture, but always clean. Beds were comfortable and view from the terrace very enjoyable. Food was a big disappointment, especially breakfast, most definately not 4 star....waiting was nice though. Coffee...

"Excellent location. Good price and looks like new. Parking is secure but it is about 1km away. Hetel provided transport from and to parking garage.2 blocks to beach. I will use this hotel again for sure. Stuff very friendly."

"Great service by reception, restaurant and bar staff. The spa area which we had been looking forward to using was crammed with children and toddlers who were using the area as a splash park. Children were also using the gym and the sauna unaccompanied by parents. There was no supervision of this area by hotel staff. Reading through previous reviews, this had been noted before and hotel management had responded that it would be dealt with. Clearly that is not the case, which somewhat spoiled our...

"Average at best. Rooms were basic, small, and things such as sink and shower didn’t work properly. AC was feeble. The pool is tiny, worn, with many broken tiles and very little or next to nothing in terms of a space to sun bath and relax whilst offering no privacy from the street. Parking was woeful as there is parking on-site but good luck in finding a space. The bar only offers alcoholic beverages! Figure that one out. "Great location with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. 3 min. walk to the beach with private chair and sun umbrella. Great breakfast with a good choice and varieties of fresh eggs per order."
