“Newly refurbished hotel with lovely views out to sea. Some of the staff were friendly and very helpful, some slightly blunt and borderline rude. Food in the hotel was good, and the bar down on the beach good too. Beach area was very crowded with sun loungers packed in to the max (but this is pretty common across Sarande). “The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and varied every day. Staff was kind and responsive; even when they didn't speak English, they were very helpful and went above and beyond to provide for us. Although the beach is small and stony, the water is clean and warm. Overall, it was a great experience. ”

“Restaurangen i anslutning till hotellet hade bra service, där frukosten som ingick intogs. Inte frukostbuffé som beskrevs i hotellbokningen utan frukost som beställdes från restaurangmenyn, frukosten var bra! Restaurangen har bra, varierad mat, populär! Det var svårt att kommunicera med hotellpersonalen pga att de inte kunde engelska, de försökte dock ordna någon som kunde tolka. Hotellets position stämde inte överens med adressen som angavs i bokningsappen. Läget bra om man vill bo utanför...

“This hotel is located in a very convenient place close to everything. The hotel doesn't have elevators but they helped with the luggage that was very nice. They offer trnasfer orn"taxi" but they over-priced the rate. I didn't like that The cost of a taxi is between 8 to 10 € they charged us 20. Other than that we had a good stay. ”
