“The property was beautiful and quiet and the service was too notch. The pool and and spa area was amazing.”

“I had great expectations for this stay since I’ve been to Wengen several times and I looked forward to stay at this hotel, that I value as the best there. It was a short stay to ski, so I arrived and I departed late. The reception closes at 16.00 so I found my room key waiting for me with a nice note and that’s it. After 16.00 there’s also no service to and from the station: a minor issue. I felt really unwelcome without a human contact with the reception: I can understand that at a “cheap”...

“Great location with fantastic staff, room is *very* small, and lacks ammenities compared to what i expect, there's just hand soap and that's it. Not sure if this is normal or not, but every hotel I've been too has had toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, tea making facilities etc. Was kinda a bummer because it meant I had to go buy big bottles that I could only use once or twice.”

“La stanza dava sul cantiere non c'era la macchina del caffè come sulla conferma il minibar era veramente povero niente da mangiare all'arrivo la stanza era pulita ma il secondo giorno la pulizia lasciava a desiderare il buffet della domenica non era gran chè mi aspettavo di meglio da un albergo 5 stelle”

“This was such a cozy and comfortable stay, especially for solo women travelers. The staff were amazing and so accommodating making the area feel safe and easily digestible (despite being so vast). The area is perfect for hikes and is safe and beautiful, even if you are a beginner or just want to go for a quick walk. The dinners from the hotel restaurant were captivating from not only the views but the exquisite cuisine that made the waiters and cooks so excited to share.”
