“The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during...

“They only gave me half of my deposit back because their towels were dirty? Which they were only dirty because their floors were just that filthy we cleaned up pool water from the kids suites and that’s what had come up off the floor and I had to pay for it? You should tell customers to bring their own towels if they have to pay a whole lot more then the towel was even worth mind their towels are very cheap thin small towels and they only gave me 2 full size towels with the room! “It was great because it was right on the beach, but we didn't have a view of the gulf. It was strange with all communication coming via text -- no check-in at a desk. It was nice to get messages daily from what I called "the team" and I was able to ask any querstions. I just miss some face-to-face time. ”
