appartamento funzionale e in una buona posizione
Appartamento con tutti i conforts necessari per un breve ma anche lungo soggiorno a Londra. Ottima posizione ad una paio di fermate tube dalla centrale south kensigton. Perfetto durante il giorno per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di maggior interesse e di sera tornare in zona più tranquilla. Mark ci ha fornito velocemente le informazioni richieste prima del ns arrivo ed ben accolto arrivati a londra . Unica nota : da migliorare il materasso del divano letto. Struttura da consigliare !!!

Comodo accogliente e pulito
Struttura situata a pochi passi dalla fermata west Kensington della MM District line. Nelle vicinanze c'è un market aperto H24. La nostra stanza era dotata di cucinino, frigo e tv. Il bagno pulito e con la doccia.

Questo appartamento è stato in tutti i sensi una piacevole scoperta grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, l'ambiente pulito e confortevole e la posizione strategica data la vicinanza a due stazioni della metro.

Economico e funzionale
Ho soggiornato solo una notte in questa struttura composta da piccoli appartamenti completi di cucina e servizi igienici. La camera era pulita e si presentava in ottimo stato. Non c'è sempre il ragazzo in reception dunque meglio comunicare prima l'arrivo. Per uscire basta lasciare le chiavi dentro. Ottima posizione a 2 passi dalla fermata West Kensington nella linea District line. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per Londra. Chiaramente la colazione la si deve preparare da soli ma vista la quantità di bar a Londra non ne ho avuto la necessità. Ottimo!

This property was amazing to stay at! So close to the tube and easy transportation around the whole area. Kept us feeling safe and was so easy to get to where we needed to go without having to stay in a busy city area. Will be back to stay here again :)

ロンドンの物価高と円安が重なり、高い割に期待ハズレの部屋でした。 ハワイのコンドミを想定してましたが、地下の部屋で狭く、キッチンは使いずらく、バスルームはシャワーのみでした。 建物が古いほど価値があるそうですが、床剥がれていました。収納も少なかったです。ただ、南京虫がいない為、安心して眠れました。

Spacious and clean property with a great layout that allows for individual space and privacy as well as cooking and hanging out together. Comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Loved the very high ceilings and huge windows letting in natural light. This isn’t a super “ updated” or highly renovated flat, but is even more charming for it. Mark is a lovely guy, communicative and easy to reach. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

This is the best property we have stayed at in Fulham. We are very close to the 2 main tube stations, excellent restaurants, and great choice of grocery stores. Mark is the best host, very kind, and caring and helped us with whatever we needed. We will definitely be returning!

Sehr gute Lage, die Zimmer solala
Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich zentral und ist sehr gut angebunden, zwei U-Bahnstationen nur wenige Meter entfernet. Pubs, Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke. Etwas Renovierung würde dem ganzen Objekt aber auch gut tun, es in Teilen schon etwas abgewohnt..... aber immer noch erträglich.

Great location, but a little dirty.
Very gentle person running the place. Great location. 2 min walk to subway. The pictures don't lie but the cleaning is not as you want. Kitchen, living room and bedroom was fine but the bathroom is old and dirty. Quite awefull actually. But then again, its London.

We stayed at the property for 4 days. The stay was wonderful. Mark is a great host and was always available from the day before check in till our check out. He checked on us daily by texting if everything was going well with our stay. He answered any questions and was always responsive via SMS.

Walkable to necessities. The host are very friendly and welcoming and helpful. To be honest, we hated the apartment - it smelled of cigarettes, the furniture was old and uncomfortable, we did go during a heat wave but it was very hot all the time even with windows open. The bed was very hard and lumpy. We did enjoy the TV options and there is an amazing Italian restaurant behind it. The apartment did have a stove, frig, washer/dryer, and microwave along with some dishes and pans. That was a nice touch. Overall - it was okay, didn’t love it or hate it - but we wouldn’t book again.

Thank you for your review, and stay with us. I am sorry to learn of these issues, your stay which was back in June 2022 so difficult to remember all. We do not allow smoking in any of our apartments, we ensure to eliminate any smells if anyone ever does but we cannot always be entirely aware unfortunately. I hope you do give us another chance, a lot can change in a year.

Great value for the price! Loved the location - close to multiple metro stations and great restaurants and cafes! Also close to many grocery stores and a full kitchen in your unit! Mark had excellent communication and made sure our stay was comfortable. Was a little small for 2 adults and 2 teens with lots of luggage but overall quite comfortable.

I am sorry we did not meet your expectation, simply we are not a Hotel. We offer weekly serviced apartments, we provided an extra bathmat on arrival, and we did not replace it the very next day as requested due to you having an extra one already, we do not replace towels, which I believe were not dirty but you expected a daily replacement which we simply do not offer. Our reception is limited but we make this clear and is not a negative for guests staying with us who understand how to connect, when booking it is important to consider we are not a hotel, and offer excellent rates, the towels were not dirty, and these were never asked to be replaced. Thank you for your stay with us.
