Hotel di medio livello in posizione strategica
Posizione ottima. La camera è sì pulita ma avrebbe bisogno di essere ammodernata (in particolare il bagno). Staff concierge, room service e ristorante non all’altezza di un 5 stelle. Colazione buona (in particolare i dolci).

Old-fashioned hotel in the heart of London
The fantastic atmosphere, very British, the great location and the superb service made my weekend in London amazing. Everything is located at a walking distance, from Buckingham palace to Westminster or Picadilly, and the nearest underground station (located at 500m) is directly connected to Heathrow airport. We saved a lot of time and worries, and the price was well paid for such a service, included the yummy breakfast. I will definitively come back next time!

The staff here is impeccable and make the stay just amazing. Dukes is just what you expect from old elegance in a British hotel. Quiet street near everything, room service, great robes and linens, most of all really friendly staff

Beautiful property in a safe and well-located area of London. Located in the back yard of Buckingham Palace, St. James Palace, and blocks from Piccadilly Circus, Duke’s is most convenient. Charming decor, comfortable beds and pillows, generous sized bathrooms, you will want for nothing. The staff goes above and beyond! Jose at the front desk was always so much more than kind! I wish I had gotten more names to be able to recognize the other staff members. They were genuinely helpful! Just ask and they will find a way to make it happen. The restaurants and the room service were wonderful! The Great British Restaurant was fantastic! The salmon was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The Irish soda bread was incredible and the seaweed butter was sublime. The steak was good and the side of carrots were done well. Once again, the service was the best part! Above and beyond expectations! I would highly recommend Duke’s for a wonderful stay in London. I’m looking forward to returning soon. I would have one small recommendation, please upgrade the toilet tissue. Every other detail is so well thought out, this one should be too.

The definition of luxury is professionalism and customer service. Dukes Hotel lives up to its standards by offering old-world hospitality and family-style service in the heart of Mayfair. When an unforeseen change happened on my reservation the staff acted with compassion and offered their best efforts to resolve the issue and provide me a pleasant stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. Dukes Hotel is my go-to home away from home in London. I look forward to my next stay at Dukes and to the memorable fine dining experiences at their Great British Restaurant. 10/10

London hotels can really be hit and miss but the room we had at Dukes was really good - comfortable bed, gorgeous shower, huge soft towels, really quiet. The only reason I can't give it a 5 star is due to no fault of the hotel and the issue was very well handled by the staff but there was no water the next morning. No shower or toilet flushing. Beyond the hotel's control. And I would go stay there again.

Liten pärla med Dry Martini
Ett utmärkt litet hotel i centrala London. Service och bekvämlighet var väldigt bra. Enda saken att anmärka på var att aircondition/värme var högljud. Vi besökte i januari och det var kyligt ute. Satte rumstemperaturen på 22 grader när vi var ute under dagen, då vi inte stördes av ljudet och stängde av när vi skulle göra kväll. I övrigt väldigt trevligt hotell, som vi gärna återvänder till. Besök gärna baren, för en Dry Martini, där Ian Flemming lär ha får inspirationen till Bonds shaken not stirred.

Short Business stay
Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were incredibly helpful. Room was lovely. Only issue was a light would be useful wherever and coffee making facilities are. Also Dukes bar was closed on the Sunday which was a shame. Still- highly recommended.
