sistemazione ideale
Hotel eccellente, ottima la pulizia ed il servizio; il personale è davvero molto disponibile e cordiale. Le stanze ben arredate e fornite. Il ristorante, un po' costoso, ma ovviamente allineato alla clientela, propone piatti eccellenti.

L'albergo è.centralissimo e accanto alla metro... L'unico neo è.il costo molto salato della prima colazione... Mi sembra eccessivo di far pagare oltre 30 sterline per un breakfast

Inizio disastroso, camera consegnata alle 18.30 e di piccole dimensioni per tre persone. In compenso personale eccellente pieno di attenzione per il cliente. Prima colazione ottima con prodotti di grande qualità. Pulizia della camera buona.

Un ottimo qualità-prezzo!!!
Nei 3 giorni di visita a Londra abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione dell'albergo tra i quartieri più gettonati del nostro tour. Personale molto cordiale tranne la sbavatura di un accoglienza un po' freddina da parte di una ragazza al desk. Camera un po' piccola ma molto carina, letto un po' troppo morbido per i nostri gusti ma la cosa è soggettiva. Cibo ottimo, colazione sontuosa. Ottimo qualità-prezzo !!!

Ottima posizione ma un po' caro.
Siamo stati in questo hotel, con la nostra bimba di 15 mesi, a maggio. L'albergo è molto bello è in una posizione comodissima, abbastanza caro per la camera piccola che ci hanno dato. Hanno comunque i lettini per i bambini, e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la pulizia della camera era sempre di buon livello.

Ottima posizione!
La mia camera era troppo piccola e ho trovato gli accostamenti di colori del design e le scelte decorative abbastanza discutibili e antiquate, soprattutto non conformi allo stile della hall e degli altri ambienti comuni dell'hotel. La doccia è un po' scomoda. La mia camera era la numero 552. Perfetta l'oscurità creata dalle tende (io dormo al buio).

L'albergo è ottimo. I pasti e la colazione sono però molto cari, consigliamo di consumarli fuori. Londra è piena di ristoranti con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo!

L'Intercontinental è stata una scelta azzeccata, in linea con le nostre aspettative e le nostre abitudini. Pulito, moderno e accogliente. Molto apprezzata la colazione a buffet che vale veramente la pena includere nel soggiorno.

Hotel Intercontinental Hyde Park Londra - Centrale - Comodo- Ottimo Servizio
Ottimo Hotel, tutto perfetto, comodo e elegante al tempo stesso, unica piccola pecca: le chiavi elettroniche che si smagnetizzano facilmente e una rete WiFi a pagamento e non ben funzionante. Ci tornerei comunque con piacere.

Intercontinental London Park Lane
L'hotel non si discute, assolutamente splendido. Camera standard in complesso di lusso, confortevolissima. La posizione eccezionale; situato alle spalle di Buckingham Palace, è a pochi passi dalla fermata metro di Hayde Park Corner sulla PIccadilly Line, da cui puoi raggiungere tutti i siti di maggiore interesse. Unica nota discutibile, quasi consueta per molti degli alberghi londinesi, la colazione non inclusa che se presa a parte aveva un costo spropositato (20 sterline a persona la continentale).

Arrived at the hotel early morning, 8 am, with a room booked from the previous night, after a 14 hour flight. Room was not ready and I was asked to wait an hour to an hour and a half for housekeeping to clean the room. I canceled the entire reservation and walked across the street with my bags to the Four Seasons, where I immediately got a room and was not charged for the prior night. Admittedly, i have frequented the Four Seasons Park Lane and this was an attempt at testing another hotel. I will not be returning to the Intercontinental. Advice for others, don't change your standards as you can only be disappointed if you have expectations.

Es el peor hotel en el que me he hospedado, y vaya que tengo experiencia. El cuarto sucio, las cortinas con manchas, pedí un tour con el convierte y me lo cobraron en 1,350 libras, me lo cancelaron 1 día y al día siguiente fue a dármelo una Sra. de 82 años de edad (Ella muy amable, pero tuve cancelar el tour del hastío). No hacían caso del Room Service, me quejé de que me cancelaron el tour y nada. No se puede llegar a ningún lado salvo pasando por el Subway…. Simplemente terrible..!!

One of the best in London
A hotel with one of the best locations in London. Newly refurbished. Amazing staff and service. I can recommend this hotel both for business traveling and pleasure trips.

checkin a 20h et malgré ça chambre non prête, après 20 minutes d'attente et quelques coups de gueule la chambre est prête, la chambre était une catégorie en dessous de celle que nous avons réservé, avec une vue sur la route très bruyante. nous nous sommes plaint mais l'hotel campe sur ses positions en nous disant que c'est bien cette chambre alors que non. très déçu du service nous sommes habitué des beaux hôtel nous ne reviendrons pas.
