Please let us explain ourselves so our future guests can see this response and explanation, and we make it clear for everyone and we can help them on any issue that they might have. As we have quite a unique concept and we also have valuables in our rooms and at the property, we do only preauthorise a safety deposit, it is also for your potential expenses during your stay. In addition to that, as we also explain it at check-ins, reversing the deposit has nothing to do with our system or bank, it is just a matter of your bank itself as they are blocking the fund and are also expected to release it. Please get in touch with your bank if you still did not receive it.The room you stayed was named after Ada Lovelace, who was a great mathematician, writer and one of the pioneers of modern computers. It was inspired by her accomplishments such as computing, programming and too many others in her life. There is even a hidden portrait of hers on the bed headboard, which reveals itself when you turn the lights on. There are also, of course, a nice bed & mattress, a large bathroom & wardrobe, a modern TV system that you could connect your mobile phone and complimentary tea, coffee, a large bottle of water which were replenished every day of your stay. We believe that these amenities cannot be found in such hotels as you stated in your review. We are truly sorry that it was not to your liking. Additionally when you book, you just book a category (Deluxe room, in your case), then we assign the available room to you. Therefore, we never promise our guests for a specific room or a name as you are very well-informed at the time of booking. As we place minibar menus in our rooms, we do not prefer to share that minibars are priced same as many others in hotel industry. Our bar operates until 11pm as regulated, and as you already stated, there was a private event on the day you mentioned, which was also finished. And as we have only one bar, they were just waiting by the bar in the lobby. Our TV and its system are also well-designed and modern, we allegedly limit its volume and the reason why it is limited to 14 is because we care about every guest’s comfort. We would be happy and definitely help you with the problem if you would let us know at the time of your stay. It could easily be adjusted. We also find that your accusations about our staff and hotel are a bit unfair, also misleading for our future guests. We proud ourselves in taking care of our guests and ensuring the upmost standards. You can also find the reviews that our previous and regular guests left.
