Stayed at this hotel for a work trip. I got charged an incidental prevention fee plus the normal rate I paid for my four days. After the staff ensured that I would receive my money back in 5-8 business days to my account/ card, it has been 20 business days, and no money has returned. Called the number to communicate with staff, got put on hold for 20 minutes, and then call “disconnects.” It was the worst experience I had in staying in this hotel. I don't recommend it.
