Durch die Lage im Villenviertel hatten wir nachts absolute Ruhe, so dass wir wirklich entspannt nach Hause kamen. Wir waren mit 4 Kindern (10,12,16 und 16) und das Haus war perfekt für uns. Vom Fitnessraum über den beheizten Pool Ende Oktober blieb kein Wunsch offen. “Absolutely beautiful villa. So clean and spacious. Each room has its own Galway and en-suite so plenty of privacy if sharing with friends or family. “Sehr nette und herzliche Vermieter. Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und wir haben von zu Hause nichts vermisst. Der Pool hat die perfekte Größe und wird zwischendurch gereinigt. Insgesamt ist alles sehr gepflegt und das Grundstück ist liebevoll begrünt. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.”

“Der Garten und die Lage des Hauses ist super. Das Haus selbst ist an und für sich auch okay aber die Küche ist sehr Alt und schmuddelig. Das keine Spülmaschine vorhanden sollte explizit ausgezeichnet sein. Für uns gehört das zum absoluten Standard eines Ferienhauses. Tägliches Abwaschen mit der Hand gehört für uns nicht zum Urlaub. “bella casa situata in una delle baie piu' belle dell' isola . la vicinanza alla spiaggia e' notevole non piu' 150/200 metri dal mare .balcone stupendo dai cui si gode una bellissima vista e si puo' mangiare al fresco tutta la vacanza . ora le cose migliorabili : 1) praticamente tutta la casa e' studiata per una clientela tedesca e quindi ogni spiegazione e' in quella lingua . 2) consiglierei al proprietario di rinnovare l' arredamento per rendere la casa veramente top 3) ultimo piccolo appunto...
