“L’hotel si trova in una posizione centralissima e vicina alla stazione dei treni e ben collegato mi ha ricevuto un ragazzo di nome Andrea bravissimo preparato e paziente .. sorvolo su il prezzo di una bottiglia di champagne.. la stanza grandissima datata coperte del medioevo che rilasciano peli e batuffoli di lana .. doccia spettacolare con acqua bollente a fiume pochi interruttori per controllare la luce .. la cosa terribile è la colazione .. il personale vestito senza divisa con gli stessi...

“Beautiful upmarket hotel steeped in history. Attractive decor, welcoming staff. Our king size deluxe roomand bathroom were lovely and spacious but unfortunately the view out the windows was of a small inner roof and other inward looking toom windows. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Busy lifts at check out time meant we had to wait at least 5 min for a space in one. The hotel was very convenient for the city centre and for the whole tram network.”

“we stayed here for the laughterama comedy festival at castlefield bowl and it was perfect. The hotel literally overlooks the bowl and there are so many of Manchesters best places to see, restaurants, bars etc within 10-15 minutes including the science and history museum across from the hotel. The room we stayed in was huge and super clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. ”

“Got to check in early which was fab. The guy on the desk was very helpful regarding getting into Manchester. The room was light and looked newly decorated with good furniture and comfy bed and pillows. Great night sleep. Would definitely stay again ”
