“Our family had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is spacious and very nicely decorated. The back yard and pool make it feel as though you are at your own mini resort. We loved the kitchen, dining and living room area for family fun in the evenings. The 3-4 minute drive to Universal made a long day much more tolerable since we were there and back home in literally no time flat, even in rush hour. We had a minor, technical hiccup, but the owners were readily available and easy to reach....

“We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends.”

The location is in a lovely neighborhood and so close to iconic Hollywood as well close to Griffith Park for night hiking and the ACFC Soccor game! A prior review said furniture was dated- not true. We’ve stayed in some shabby rentals; this was fine. The condo had high end appliances. “it was requested a no smoking room but even if there were the indication for no smoking, the room was smelling so bad like if someone has smoked for long time inside. it's a big pity as the suite is fine, but this smell for the whole time was too strong. personnel kind but not supportive to solve your issues. for the rest, everything at high level.”
