“The beach house was perfect for a Newport Beach and Balboa island trip. The Wi-Fi is fast, the beds are comfy, the location is fantastic! I swear the cookware and kitchen necessities are the best we’ve had at a vrbo. You are about 1/2 block from beach and two blocks from balboa ferry. Coffee shops nearby, pier and late night cocktails!”

“Location is great to the beach, Disney and LA. Parking was tight and confusing as to which side of the garage was ours. Top floor gets the left side BTW. Get to the garage from the alley. Had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the same day. 👍 The beach chairs and toys were super helpful.”

“While the beds are a little squeeky and fixtures/showers are a little dated, you can't beat the view. Fast internet with coverage throughout the house, plenty of hot water for showers for a family of 6, and a great welcoming package of snacks. Easy checkin/checkout, good comms with the host, nice to have a parking spot too. Great value!!”

“This was a great property. I slept like a baby in the Queen room, the bed was very comfortable and my daughters enjoyed the bunk beds. We live locally so we really just enjoyed the beach and patio for a couple of days. ”

“Had an excellent stay for a girls trip weekend. Very clean, very spacious, and in a great location with easy access to beach, ferry, coffee, and more. Comfy beds, free parking, too, which can’t be beat. Had one minor issue with key pad lock code not working but the management immediately resolved it, fantastic communication.
