For this reason we looked for accommodation of a higher category than the one you had booked to compensate for any inconvenience that we might have caused. Sorry you not appreciated the complimentary room with a small terrace instead of the balcony as per your original booking, the excellent bottle of Prosecco, the kindness of the staff at the reception. Unfortunately the structure was fully booked and we could have done better than what was offered. Thank you to mentioned the beatiful view from the hotel and the restaurant staff.
