“Villa Svevo is a truly unique property. Perched above Il Fornillo beach with multiple expansive decks overlooking the sea, there is nothing else quite like it. Be prepared for a long journey from the center of town, whether by the road or the beautiful…and steep…beach path. And be prepared as well for a rustic, classic Italian beach villa, seemingly suspended in a time long past. It would benefit from a little handyman visit, but is clean and comfortable. “Located high in the hills of Positano, this property offers a great vantage point to the town below. The walk to and from the city center is pretty strenuous, so if you are physically able, the bus system or cab is likely the best option and the bus stop is right outside the door. We typically walked and it took roughly 20 minutes each way. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we would absolutely consider staying here again in the future.”

“Stayed for a week with a total of 5 ladies for a girls trip. There was more than enough room for all. The views are breathtaking. The stairs to and from the villa are a challenge but the sane was true to the entire vertical city. Come prepared. The villa was very clean and kitchen modern and stocked with convenient touches. “Great location with awesome views. Walkable to the beach and restaurants and great porch to sit at and enjoy. Nicely stocked kitchen with coffee and milk plus a few snacks so no need to run to the grocery store right away. Gaetano was very helpful and informative. Dropping off luggage and finding it initially was interesting, but that is a Positano charm with the traffic and one way street LOL”

“Everything about our stay was amazing. There are not enough words to describe how amazing and helpful Davide was during our entire stay. The villa was clean, well stocked, and had an absolutely fantastic view. The pool was perfect, again with an amazing view. The food and coffee trucks that are right at the top of the villa are extremely convenient and a spot we hit multiple times a day for fresh fruit/snacks/drinks/ect and they greeted us with a smile every time. We felt like family everywhere...

“This house is perfect for a 6 person group. The views are incredible and the deck was our favorite part of the house. The bedrooms are simple but perfect for sleeping which is all we needed them for. The owners of the house were quick to respond to any questions and helped us arrange a car transport departure. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Cute little apartment. Beautiful big deck with a peek-a-boo view. It's in a convenient location with the bus stop in front, but it is at the very top of the town with a lot of steps to get to it, so you will definitely be using the bus! The pullout bed in the living room is very uncomfortable. ”
