Posizione ECCEZIONALE accanto al Ponte Carlo versante Mala Strana, la camera (al secondo piano) molto carina e pulita e, nonostante la presenza di numerosi locali, era molto silenziosa; purtroppo essendo proprio accanto al vano scale la mattina entrava un fastidioso odore di cibo proveniente dalla cucina che preparava le colazioni. Per il resto l'albergo è molto bello, il personale cortese e disponibile. Ci tornerei

OK for a 3 star hotel
I'm not sure I would return again - the man who checked us in was rather racist, and strangely curious about the immigration status of my partner and whether we lived together or not. The breakfast didn't match what a 4.5 hotel should offer - there were no croissants, on 3 of the 4 days we stayed there was no fruit at all except a bowl with apples, and the food was rarely replenished. The plus point is the location, right beside Charles bridge, and the rooms are decent, but they look better in the photos.

Dear Guest, thank you for your review about our hotel. We would appreciate further informations about your stay. Our receptionists at check-in of every guests have to collect informations such a name, last name, nationality, adrress, date of birth and passport number. If the nationality of any guest is on travel visa required list, we have to demand a travel visa as well. Our receptionist often ask guests if they live on the same adress when only one of the guests fills their adrress into registration form to prompt the process of check-in. All requested informations mentioned above are required by Czech law 326/2019sb and we are enforced to get all of these informations at check-in. This situation is the same for every guest, regardless of specific nationality. I have informed our housekeeping manager about the breakfast and we will improve our breakfast service immediatelly. Hotel moderno e pulito esperienza da ripetere.
Il mio soggiorno presso l'hotel è stato molto soddisfacente, in generale la pulizia dell'hotel è ottima, la stanza comoda e pulita, il personale alla reception disponibile e gentile, qualcuno parlava anche in italiano, la colazione ottima e abbondante, forse la parte dolce può essere un po' ampliata, ma in generale ottima, la posizione dell'hotel è veramente strategica in pochi minuti si raggiungono tutti i luoghi di maggiore interesse della citta'. Tutto può essere raggiunto a piedi. Un soggiorno veramente stupendo, ci tornerei sicuramente.

Hotel in posizione fantastica, quartiere silenzioso, molto caratteristico a un minuto di orologio dal bellissimo ponte Ponte San Carlo e a 15 minuti camminando dalla città vecchia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ambiente accogliente e pulito..camera e bagno sempre molto puliti, sicuramente lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che desiderano vivere in pieno Praga e le sue abitudini

HOTEL AL CENTRO DI PRAGA
Posizione strategica e comodissima a un minuto a piedi da Ponte Carlo e Mala Strana, quartiere nel centro storico pieno di ottimi ristoranti romantici e di qualita'. Posizione nel complesso tranquilla e comoda. Camere nuove, moderne con arredamento minimalista e dotate di ogni confort, dai climatizzatori Daikin alla toilette con finestra!!! Personale molto cordiale che si prodiga per ogni necessita'. Ottima struttura sicuramente da consigliare.

Buon hotel in ottima posizione. Camere nuove arredate in stile minimal. Il silenzio è garantito dai doppi vetri.Buona colazione con un discreto assortimento. Materasso molto rigido. Attenzione alla scelta della stanza meglio quelle al piano superiore per evitare i rumori della sala delle colazioni.

Hotel ottimo per weekend a Praga
Posizione perfetta a 20 metri dal ponte Carlo, personale dell'hotel estremamente cordiale e disponibile, camera non molto grande ma pulita è funzionale. Unica piccola pecca è stata la posizione della nostra camera, ad un piano rialzato che dava su un cortile interno di servizio (togliendo un po' di privacy e con qualche rumore in più).

Albergo a 2 passi dal Ponte Carlo
Con una collega abbiamo soggiornato per 6 notti in questo albergo. Camera pulita, con parquet, tutto imbiancato da poco, letti comodissimi, tv, aria condizionata, bagno con doccia tutto arredato moderno. La colazione era piuttosto buona con vasta scelta. Il personale della reception è gentilissimo e disponibile. In più l'albergo si trova nel quartiere di Mala Strana, molto caratteristico e a 2 passi dal ponte Carlo. Da consigliare!

Really nice hotel! We stayed in the 14th century tower with all modern amenities. Spacious room. Very good breakfast. Nice staff. If you leave early morning, ask for breakfast box to go. Unfortunately we didn’t get one.

This is a beautiful property in the heart of the best district in Prague. I would give 5 stars all around save for 2 issues during my stay. The espresso machine stopped working and I asked several times for a replacement with promise that it would be done. Never happened. Upon checking out I asked the front desk to help coordinate my next stay with a property in the same family of hotels and the receptionist refused.

Great hotel, modern updated rooms, nice shower and bathroom, great location. Really no complaints at all. There's only one small elevator, but the hotel isn't so large so we didn't have any issues with this. Overall it was our best hotel on a 2 week trip through central Europe.

This property was just perfect for us , walking distance to old town Prague , Charles Bridge, restaurants and shops , the breakfast was delicious and the staff super professional and healthful , my bed was so comfortable and the clean atmosphere was a plus , I will definitely recommend this hotel . Amazing stay. Fantastic rooms (comfortable, high-quality, clean). Incredible location just steps away from the St Charles Bridge and on the (arguably) cleaner and more beautiful side of the river, but still easy to walk across to enjoy the highlights of the opposite side. Service in the hotel was impeccable - friendly, easy, trustworthy. And the breakfasts were really great, in a very lovely setting.

It was a very nice surprise to arrive at the Bishop’s House and greeted by friendly receptions throughout our stay. The room comfortable and clean, and the shower had a nice pressure. The hot and cold breakfast every morning was a nice treat as well. Upon leaving early, we were sent off with a lunch bag too because we missed our breakfast. We hope to return to soon!

We absolutely loved our stay here at this property. The room was clean and lovely. Loved being greeted with a sparkling champagne welcome beverage. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again the next visit to Prague!

Of all the places I’ve stayed in my vacation this rates number one. Beautiful building and room. Check in was fast and friendly as well. If you’re staying in Prague you cannot beat the location and price. If I ever make my way back I’ll be staying here again. I forgot to mention the delicious breakfast buffet that was included in my stay. I know I’m sounding like an employee but this place is that good.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Bishop's House in Prague. The hotel is right beside St. Charles' bridge and all major attractions were walkable for us. The staff were very attentive and always happy to help. Great experience and looking forward to staying again some day.

프라하성이 가깡워서 머무는 2일 동안 아침마다 프라하 성에 다녀왔어요 카를교는 바로 앞이어서 이른 아침 사람 없는 카를교도 걸어보았습니다. 객실과 화장실 깨끗하였고 조식도 다양하게 잘 나왔습니다. 근처에 마트와 맛집도 있어서 편하게 잘 지냈습니다

Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, car celle proposée sentait très fort la peinture, ce qui n’a pas été possible la première nuit. Le lendemain, on nous a proposé un autre hôtel de même catégorie (Essence hôtel) très bien situé et un surclassement de chambre. Au final c’était très bien.
