“Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. Grilled steaks on the grill, pizza in the pizza oven. Steam rooms, gorgeous pool, and excellent kitchen to make home cooked meals each night. Hope to be back.”

“We just had a magical stay at this villa with two families and children… looks better than the pictures…, we were easily able pop in and out of all the best tours and sites and restaurants and shopping just a quick cab ride away…. At night drinking wine on the patio while the kids jumped in and out of the hot tub…. “Me, my husband and 7 friends traced to Rome for the 2023 Ryder Cup. Although the perfidy the YS team disappointed us, the Italian villa in Albano Laziale did NOT. From the gracious hospitality of Ivano the owner, to the talented professional private driver and chef, our group was pampered and cared for during our entire stay. We created many fond memories in this charming and relaxing villa. We highly recommend it for family or friends seeking a fun Italian getaway.”

“Siamo stati in questa villetta per oltre un mese con i bambini. L'abbiamo trovata molto gradevole e godibile. La cucina è decisamente ben attrezzata. Abbiamo avuto varie famiglie di amici ospiti per qualche giorno e la casa è assolutamente idonea a organizzare cene con molti commensali (in 14 si stava benissimo!). La proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile e ci ha lasciato in uso anche le sue biciclette. La spiaggia era a dodici minuti a piedi. Purtroppo il mare di Fregene non è sempre...
