"Massimo’s house is in an outstanding location, very quiet, away from tourists and yet right near everything you want to see in Venice. We had a wonderful stay there as a family. The house is very beautiful and has a few outdoor seating areas to relax with a cup or coffee or a glass of wine. Massimo is very helpful and responsive. He gave us recommendations for water taxi, restaurants and tour guide. We really enjoyed our stay and will happily come back again. Grazie mille Massimo!!"

"Very close to beach and apartment was well equipped. There are 4 bicycles, outdoor patio furniture, grill and 2 chaise lounges. Also, the WIFI was good. Central to a lot of places that we enjoyed visiting."

"I stayed for one week during the Biennale - a great place in the more touristy part of the City, but still quiet enough for a very good night's sleep. Central and walkable to all destinations within the city (5' to Piazza San Marco; 25' to the train station, 25' to the Biennale etc..) Be aware of mosquitos in Venice due to the canals, so if you don't like them, bring some spray. Also, the Internet in the apartment was slow, so if you also need to work, bring some patience (and maybe one...

"Our group of 2 couples spent 5 days at Irene’s apartment. We found it to be very clean, nicely updated, with very comfortable beds. The location was excellent for us. Walking distance from the train station, just steps to the vaporetto stop, and in the midst of many excellent cafes and trattorias. This was an excellent area for starting and ending our days. Much calmer than the busier areas, and less crowded. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook a stay at this lovely apartment, and highly recommend it...

"An absolutely delightful house, spacious, comfortable and stylish with great outdoor space in a charming, authentic area, just a few steps from a busy, working canal that's constantly fascinating. "The owner of the property was very welcoming and polite. We were able to reach out to the owner if we had any questions and we were promptly responded to. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The train station is so close to the house which made it easy for us to venture to Venezia for the day. We felt safe. It was quiet. We will book this home again for our next visit! "

"This is a fantastic, clean, quiet place in Murano. We stayed at a few different VRBOs in Italy where we had issues with hot water. But here, my family of 5 were able to take hot showers and use the washer as well. The beds were very comfortable. And communication with host was very good. One thing for potential guests: You will have to factor in the cost of travel from Venice to Murano. "This apartment was amazing! Very clean and roomy and everything worked perfectly. Only a short walk from a ferry stop, so super convenient to get in and out of the train station or airport. It is near lots of really good restaurants and shops, and about a 15-minute walk to Saint Mark's Square. The communication was great and we loved our stay! Thank you!"

A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen.
