Check in instructions were very thorough, however couldn't find any checkout instructions. Would recommend the place for sure. “Easy check in. Great location for all things Santa Monica: shops, restaurants & beach. Everything within walking distance. Awesome & secure parking underneath. It’s an older apartment, but both bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen appliances are new as well. And it was very clean. It was unseasonably cold when we arrived, so the provide space heater was much appreciated for the 1st floor bedroom. Upstairs was perfectly warm on its own. “Tucked away with privacy, yet steps from the sand. Perfect location for a week of fun with my 2 teenagers. Volleyball courts in the sand right in front of the property. Living space was just enough for the 3 of us and the deck to grill out on was icing on the cake. :-)”

“Wonderful experience. Check in was easy and directions provided worked well. Space was nice having a 2 floor unit and 2 bathrooms. Recommend a chair to fill the living rooms for guests but overall fantastic experience.”

Second problem but just for me, because i can sleep with to much light : no possibility close all the windows and the windows with courtains, are like as no courtains . To much light when arrive the sun. But i confirm is very good location.”
