The property is on a beautiful location. The rooms are clean and modern. I wouldn’t visit again simply from a customer service perspective. It is a high end hotel with low budget customer service. Staff needs to be trained better especially front the front and reservations concierge. I also believe the Salt restaurant that’s on the property is extremely over priced for the limited variation of their menu, not worth it. The most concerning part is that upon arrival there’s a disclaimer they request you to sign which exempts them from any liability regarding your personal belongings INSIDE your room including the safe. I asked the you g lady that was helping us “you’re not responsible for what we lock inside our safe?” To which she responded NO. I would understand the stuff laying around the pool, or even in the room- but the safe?!?! That’s unacceptable. Because of that reason we spent 5 days there and cleaned the room ourselves every morning. To simply avoid being robbed basically. Who wants a vacation like that?! - not staying there or recommending it to anyone.

The Morgan Resort is beautiful resort- with breathtaking views of the ocean and a very short walk to the famous and beautiful Maho Beach. The infinity pool is stunning and was a very comfortable temperature! There were no issues getting seats or towels. For the most part, the staff were very friendly and eager to provide the best hospitality experience for their guests. Our room was modern and a formidable size. The bed was comfortable - I would have loved a comforter or more bedding. I know it’s the tropics, but our AC was definitely working well and I was sleeping with a sweater. Our only complaints* (and not really meant in a negative manner) were that there was very little to do on the resort itself; we enjoyed lounging by the pool and the nightly singers, but definitely couldn’t have kept our children entertained if we had brought them. And, although the food and drink are delicious and very well done, our dinners were costing us around $300 with the exchange. All told, for the three day holiday, and without any souvenirs, we added $1500 to our trip cost in meals. It’s expensive everywhere- so plan to add a substantial amount to your trip budget if you are wanting to eat! All in all, we toured the island quite a bit (we rented a car) and The Morgan Resort appeared to be the nicest, most modern hotel option that we could see! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation.

We just returned from a few nights at The Morgan, and it was the best Anniversary getaway we ever could have imagined! We were shocked when checking in to find out that we were upgraded to the Penthouse. We have NEVER received a hotel upgrade before, and this was truly a blessing, and most incredible. We were blown away!!! The staff is the most helpful, friendly, and wonderful group of people we've met at a hotel. Kewana at the desk is a gem. She told us about the upgrade the hotel was giving us, and every time we saw her, talked to her, she was smiling, helpful, and super friendly. Thank you Kewana for making our trip one that we will truly never forget! Patrick and Vernon who we spoke to when walking in and out of the hotel are the most friendly, helpful gentlemen! They assisted with our bags, taxi's, and were great to speak to daily. Winston outside by the pool was fantastic with our drinks and food!! Tasha- she is at The Salt Restaurant, and truly another gem! She is always smiling, greeted us each time she saw us, helped us with the menu, ideas for things to do around the island- thank you so much Tasha for your hospitality and gracious spirit! The Penthouse was a dream. The House Keeping staff is top-notch. The Resort is super clean. They take great pride in their hotel, and it truly shows. The pool is breathtaking, the views from the pool into the sea is gorgeous. The people who work here are treasures. We will be coming back!!!

The check in was smooth and my room was ready for before check in time. The restaurant was great and the service was good there. My friends and I ate there the first night and had a variety of the menu. The pool close early at 7pm which allows the resort to quiet down. The taxi service was arranged for us as well. On my second to last day I did not have any hot water in my room along with the morning of check out still no hot water. My friends and I were greeted with cool towels and rum punches so that was a plus. Overall I would rate this property from what I have experience is a 7/10 it’s not a hotel for party but more so older adults.

Beautiful property. Our 1st room had a terrible smell but after two complaints, they were able to place us in a better room. Eat locally because the food at their restaurant is really expensive.

Hello, I really hate to give this review because I had such high hopes for this resort. The check in process was not good. We waiting over 45 minutes for our room and we got there after 4 pm. Our room flooded and we had to call and complain over 3 times for them to actually move us. I probably will not stay there again. This hotel has great potential maybe work on the check in process and work on the structure where the downstairs rooms will not get flooded.

My husband and I loved absolutely everything about The Morgan. From checking in to checking out, amazing experience. Loved the staff very attentive and willing to help. If we trabel to Sint Marteen again, we will definitely stay at The Morgan. Fantastic environment. Entertainment gets an A :)

I stayed at the Morgan Resort during my birthday trip to St. Marteen. The resort is beautiful, and the service was awesome. The resort staff was very attentive and helpful to all of my needs. The food is excellent (although a little expensive). The drinks were very good and they weren't stingy with the alcohol. The resort is located directly next to Maho Bay Beach (airport beach) and very close to the airport. When I return to St. Marteen, I will definitely stay at The Morgan again.

Having to wait all day for my room was terrible and then get a room that was not ocea view when clearly my reservation said ocean view. Manager that i spoke with about the situation was terrible After our room change everything went well from there Ben and Omar hospitality was above and beyond thank you guys for welcoming us in your home.

We booked 8 night stay with you hotel…we reserved the penthouse suite option and we were a bit disappointed…service was well below par…staff except for a few were dismissive…the only day where the pool service was above and beyond and being acknowledged as a guest was the day you filming the show, “Below Deck”…so we ended up going to St Barths for 2 nights and 3 days which we can’t wait to go back and we ended up leaving your hotel a day early..

Property has free airport shuttle and only 5 mins away from airport, 5 min walk to markets, restaurants, bars, casino. Staff were excellent and very nice and accommodating. Nice pool area and some form of entertainment each night. The bed was really firm but not unbearable. I would stay again when I return.

I liked the property overall. The grounds were beautiful. The rooms were nice. The staff members Carlos, McKinley and the sweet ladies who cleaned our rooms were the best. They are the reason we stayed! The front desk and concierge needs to revisit training on client service. The manager addressed my concerns through a note left on my room and a molded cheese & fruit tray. FYI equitable treatment amongst all paying guests goes a long way. The dining on the property is decent, practice patience. I suggest the local restaurants in town. The surrounding bars were decent for drinks only. The views on this property will win you over every time. Simply beautiful.

Stayed at the Morgan Resort for my birthday and it was truly an amazing experience. From the driver Ravi who picked me up at the airport, the young lady who checked me in, the lady who assisted in decorating my room, to the spa staff everyone was very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and stay again, the drinks & food was very tasty. I received a relaxation massage and that was immaculate. 10/10
