“In mei hebben we een heerlijke week met het gezin van totaal 13 personen gehad in Villa Ortentia. We hadden een uitstekende ontvangst met Marella, Dennis en zijn vrouw. We zijn uitgebreid rondgeleid. Het huis was zeer schoon. Zes uitstekende kamers. Prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Veel ruimte rond het huis en van alle gemakken voorzien waardoor we veel sportief vermaak hadden. Het zwembad was nog koud maar kon worden verwarmd. We hebben er veel gebruik van gemaakt. Daarnaast veel spellen gedaan...

“Everything is as good as in the deskription and the reviews! Everything is clean and new. Fantastic view from both the house and the very big garden. We were 4 children aged 2, 3, 4 and 5 and 6 adults and we all had a perfect vacation. The is space for all - including privacy. The pool is perfect! Very convenient with bars, restaurants and a supermarket in the area.”

“La casa è bellissima, calorosa e accogliente, dotata di ogni tipo di comfort. Luca è stato gentilissimo e disponibile rispetto a qualunque esigenza premurandosi che andasse tutto bene e che non ci fossero problemi. Il paesaggio è meraviglioso e la zona è fornita di servizi primari a poca distanza. È stato un soggiorno fantastico! È l'ideale per passare una vacanza rilassante in compagnia di familiari e amici, i passatempi all'interno della casa non mancano! Speriamo di poterci ritornare! ”

“Eravamo un gruppo di 8 ragazzi andati per festeggiare il capodanno. Abbiamo trovato la casa in condizioni impeccabili, calda e pulita in ogni dettaglio. All’accoglienza la spiegazione sui vari luoghi circostanti e ristoranti è stata semplicemente perfetta. Sicuramente la parte migliore della casa si trova al primo piano con il soggiorno vista lago che toglie il fiato; dal soggiorno si raggiunge il balcone con una vista magnifica sul lago e le montagne circostanti. “Capodanno con amici festeggiato in questa bella villa vicino malpensa. La casa merita “solo” un 4 stelle su 5 proprio per il “fresco/freddo” che era presente su un lato della casa (camere 1º piano lato sala cinema e sala biliardo + bagnetto di servizio). Consiglio di chiudere la porta che dà alla stanza “cinema” così da far entrare nelle stanze da letto meno aria fredda. Probabilmente per via di qualche disservizio oltre quello appena citato, non riusciva ad uscire l acqua calda in cucina. Molto...

“Grande maison, spacieuse, située dans un quartier calme. Le jardin est très agréable. Les propriétaires ne parlent qu'italien, la communication était un peu difficile mais on y est arrivé ! Il manque quelques équipements: une machine à café, un barbecue, un petit couteau pour préparer les légumes... Mais sinon rien à dire ! Nous recommandons cette location”

“Très belle maison, très confortable notamment les chambres avec leur salle de bain personnelle et leur climatisation. La grande pièce principale nous a accueilli à 10 sans problème pour les repas. L’emplacement est intéressant, proche de l’autoroute, des commerces et surtout d’une plage bien agréable du lac Majeur (10 minutes à pied) Seul bémol, la plupart des chambres donnent sur la rue et sont bruyantes la nuit Cristina est très réactive. Son accueil a été parfait.”

Located close to the lake and many attractions. Nearby there are good restaurants and one of the best cocktail bars in Italy. The house is in a very quiet location. “The property was everything it advertised to be...the setting and interior were absolutely stunning and well kept. Everything was clean and inviting for our family of 15. Large rooms, nice bedrooms & bathrooms and well-stocked kitchens. We spent a week during the Christmas holiday, and they greeted us when we arrived and even set up a beautiful Christmas tree for our family. We were very impressed and grateful for such a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back.”

Wir (Gruppe von Erwachsenen mit (fast) erwachsenen Jugendlichen) haben die (sehr verregneten) Ostertage dort verbracht. “House was not clean. We spent time vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen. Stovetop vent had fallen off and a hose was left. Caretaker turned on heat and opened radiators. In the morning many had leaked especially the living room. We spent an hour moving furniture and mopping. We were told to use catch basins and to continue to use radiators. “Das Haus war neu renoviert und sehr geräumig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung und den 3 Balkonen. Der Straßenlärm war aber ziemlich unerträglich. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und hat leider keine Parkmöglichkeit (wurde im Inserat aber behauptet). Wir mussten 500 m entfernt auf einer öffentlichen Straße parken und konnten nur in aller Eile kurz ausladen.
