“Coming from the US, I would consider a car necessary for this property. Parking is difficult since anyone can park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car, but it is likely that someone will park on the street and block the driveway access. House is well-organized. Bedrooms/Bathrooms/kitchen on the top floor, living room/TV area in the bottom floor. No air conditioning in any of the rooms, so summer will be very warm. Very attentive management. Easy check...

Erdgeschosswohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, dazu je ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Wohnung ordentlich. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind sehr klein und ohne direktes Tageslicht, was uns jedoch nicht sehr gestört hat, da wir ledig in der Wohnung gefrühstückt haben. “With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night.”

We also got recs on a nearby boulangerie. We had a midnight check in which went smoothly. Upon checking in our group could tell that we were visiting someone's home rather than a vrbo that was just bare bones.
