Thank you for the review, we are sorry for these inconveniences.It says in the hotel's general information that there is no elevator so I recommend for your next trip to read the details well so you won't be disappointed.Regarding the cab unfortunately it was not up to us. The cab company we called (and will definitely never call again) forgot about the reservation we had made for you, we tried to solve it by calling 5 other agencies but no one had a boat available in a short time.It is not our fault whether you want to believe it or not, we are not responsible for others' mistakes.In all cases after some minutes (not an hour) we showed you the easiest and fastest way to get to the airport.However if these reasons are the result of the review vote, we are happy because they do not concern us or our facility.

We are very sorry that you did not have a good time.The room in your reservation was a single with a shared bathroom, so outside the bedroom.Obviously being a single, the size of the room is smaller than others and this is something that can also be seen from the photos on our website and various booking sites.As for the sink, it is normal size, classic sink present in all rooms.In all cases we are sorry, we hope that the hotel you went to later was to your liking.Thank you.
