“Nothing. They denied me the room I paid for and attempted to put me in another hotel in town without many of the amenities I had booked with them. Refused to give a refund. Refused to put in writing that I was being denied a room. The manager muttered "oh my god" at me when i asked if the place I was being sent had Wifi.”

“The facilities are new and beautiful. They overlook the small crater lake Munyanyange which hosts birds year round and lesser flamingoes in July/August. The staff are excellent. The chef is superb! Very close to a gate for Queen Elizabeth. Staff helpful in arranging tours and walks as desired. An up and coming location, I believe. It can be hard to find initially as Google maps doesn’t have the back roads of Katwe, only the main road. If a sign goes down, you will need to ask directions...

“Es una estafa preparada para cobrar dos veces el precio. Te dicen que ese no es su número de teléfono y que no han recibido el dinero a pesar de mostrarle el cargo en mi cuenta. Hay otros clientes que les ha pasado lo mismo. Nosotros buscamos otro hotel y nos trataron de maravilla. No aconsejo a nadie ir a este hotel.”
