“Brand new property, great shower pressure, hot water. Beds were not the best, bed frame was uneven and bed moved quite a bit.”

“L'hotel è bello ben curato e pulito. Il personale è gentile e cordiale tranne quelle del check in, le stanze sono belle e spaziose ma ho avuto due problemi molto spiacevoli. Il primo è che prenotando con Expedia e probabilmente per una sola notte mi hanno messo al 2° piano con finestra che ha una vista molto limitata...a due metri c'è un muro. “The staff member who checked us in yesterday did not provide a good experience. She was very unfriendly, not welcoming, and her attitude came across as unprofessional. She assigned us room 202, which was quite far from the elevator, despite seeing that we were parked in a disabled parking spot and that we may have needed easier access. “Durante la madrugada se fue la electricidad en el hotel y nadie nos informó lo que estaba sucediendo. Debido a la falta de luz no pudimos bañarnos, ya que el baño estaba completamente oscuro. “The landscaping has never been more beautiful! I have been enjoying getaways to Wine and Roses for years now. I love this little enclave and especially evenings in the bar listening to Kim on the piano. It’s been a few years and we were so flattered that she remembered us. I will say for the first time ever we were disappointed with the dining experience. We did choose to dine in the bar, and I think the Bartender has something to do with the experience. Our appetizer was completely overcooked....
