“The hotel was in good shape given its age. The staff did lots of little things,like folding the towels in a special way, that showed pride in their hotel. The front desk couldn’t have been more helpful.”

“The location is walkable to the beach and waterfront. It’s a 5 minute drive to downtown shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and exactly what I had booked. I found it concerning that hotel doors from parking area were never securely locked. As a matter of fact the inside pushbar on the door was zip tied so it wouldn’t lock. The elevator was equipped with a room card pad to enable guests to access rooms. I Learned that this safety feature was also broken, enabling anyone to walk in through...

“Our stay was incredible. We were so pleased with the unit and its well appointed decor, kitchen, etc. everything that we could have needed was there!! Great location. We love the Omni resort property and could not have enjoyed our time more. ”

“The house was clean and well kept, the bathroom was a little cramped, but workable. The house is right next to train tracks and several trains went by each day. It wasn't a problem for us, but if you plan to sleep during the day it may be annoying. I'd definitely go back.”

“Great staff, and each unit is owned by different people, but that said- unit 326 has peeling wallpaper, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, lights had burned out bulbs and the screen door was off the track and blew over on My mom's back. But the people were great and quick to remedy the issues they could. But the DVD still worked intermittently and the master bedroom had spots that were primed but not painted yet. Not so cozy.”

“This house was amazing. It is a split rental with a downstairs separate from the upstairs, but we were one big family and occupied both spaces. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was quick. The beach access is five houses down. We took the chairs that are available at the house to the beach. Both units have their own washer and dryer and full kitchen. We’re looking to stay here again next year..”
