“From the moment we arrived Tammy greeted us and was so helpful and knowledgeable! Due to weather conditions predicted at our home we had to leave two days early. We explained our situation to Brittany and she told us what we needed to do for arrangements to get a refund for the night we had left on our reservation. The hotel was clean, perfectly situated for a beautiful view, activities, dining and shopping and we will definitely stay there again.”

“Overall would stay again. The first room we entered smelled like a wet dog and the heat would not come on. However, the nightime staff quickly moved us rooms and the room was much better. The best part of our stay was the amazing bed!!”

“Unfortunately there was a lot of road construction, blocked off lanes which nade leaving the hotel for dinner a challenge. Two of the restursnts were closed, so we had to go to a third. Not fun after traveljng all day. None of this is a reflection on the hotel, but it does make the visit inconvenient ”

“The room was much nicer than expected, especially for the price. Staff was friendly enough. Provided breakfast was certainly adequate. Had expected there to be dining options next door but the restaurant was closed so we had to take a 5 minute drive for a sit down dinner. Bathroom needs some maintenance (rocking toilet), but otherwise clean and more than adequate. I would definitely stay here again.”

“They were renovating the hotel so had some issues with tv not working. Manager on duty quickly resolved the problem by moving us to another room. The place will be great when renovation is completed. ”
