“Zimmer sauber, Frühstück gut. Keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, nur Pulverkaffee. Bademantel wurde, obwohl angefordert, nie aufs Zimmer gebracht, Wasserspender im Spa leer und niemand erreichbar um Flasche auszutauschen. Leistungsstufe an Fitnessgeräten (Ausdauer) konnte nicht eingestellt werden (mehrere Geräte ausprobiert). Von einem Steigenberger habe ich mehr erwartet.”

“Giro l’Europa abitualmente e gli hotel della catena B&B sono un punto fermo per me, ma questo a Braunshweigh è stato una vera delusione. Arrivo di notte, il check in automatico non va e ci troviamo in sei persone fuori al freddo a provare di entrare. Finalmente riusciamo non si sa come a sbloccare, arrivo in camera e, oltre ai rattoppi al muro non tinteggiati, ma vabbè, la camera odora di fumo. Finestra spalancata con freddo polare.
