“The room was small but had everything you could wish for. Tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, 2 irons, small fridge, etc. the heating was a little too warm for us but not too much. Lovely as you are almost in the centre of Brighton, close to the seafront so not too much walking to get where you want to go. ”

“Small guest house very pleasant, helpful welcoming staff. The bed was lovely and clean with soft comfy pillows 3 each. Bed was soft. The room was perfect temperature & we slept well, felt safe and secure. It was so quiet. The bathroom is tiny but we coped fine it was only one night and we had plenty of nice towels. Kettle so we could have a cuppa. Just a stones throw from the beach. ”

“The property was ok but the area was not great inside the property all night the neighbours in the property was shouting and making noise all night I did not get any sleep One of the worst night I stayed somewhere Did not feel safe leaving room as so much shouting from other rooms ”

“I literally booked this hotel in Brighton the night before I was due to run the full Brighton Marathon. I firstly received a call whilst travelling to the hotel asking what time I was to be expected, I then received a second phone call informing me they were having boiler issues and that my ensuite didn't have hot water...BUT could shower in the communal shower. I feel compelled to express on arrival my deep disappointment with the state and cleanliness with the hotel, was appalling to say the...
