“The entire staff was amazing. The hotel was super clean. The strip that its on was not that great. It was cars parcked alongside playing loud music, hanging out and smoking weed all day and all night. We was woken up at 4.30am by super loud music. So we got maybe 2h of sleep. ”

“I really enjoyed my short stay at this property. The cottages are quaint and comfortable. I felt secluded, peaceful and safe with lots of nature all around. The pool is small but adequate for a warm dip. The host was pleasant and properly introduced us to the options for dining and entertainment around the area. “You arrive at Drifters as a guest and leave as FAMILY!! Ive stayed at numerous hotels in negril, all very nice. However, Drifters is simply Magical! I booked originally for 5 night stay but the connections and experience I had there made me extend my stay 2 more nights!!! I WILL be back! So much so, that Drifters will be tired to see my face. “Avoid this property at all costs. The Manager denied having a booking - which was made and paid for in January, and he made no effort to help us resolve the issue which was in fact his error - clearly he had overbooked. At 7 pm we had to find another place to stay with a festival on in town and no rooms anywhere. Such a horrible experience. ”
