“I really enjoyed my stay. Owner, Edith, was friendly and helpful. Room clean and everything (e.g. A/C, etc.) worked. The Bar by Beto in a beautiful beach front location. My room overlooked a pond with flamingos! I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the neighborhood was at night. I'd gladly return!”

“The property was beautiful, immaculately kept, and the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. In addition, Lieke, the host, gave us a thorough orientation to the island complete with her recommendations for food, groceries, etc. She was attentive to all our needs, booking taxis, outings, providing snorkel gear, following up after our day, etc. By far the nicest place we stayed on our 14-day Galapagos adventure. A rare gem. ”

“Close to restaurants and ferry. However our “beach view” was completely obstructed and the bathrooms had mold all over the ceilings. This was the only Hostal we stayed in that did not have water for us to refill our bottles. They did have a store to buy a few items. My daughter forgot her earphones and they flagged us down to let us know which was really nice. The property needs some serious work. I paid more for the ocean views from the patio but wasn’t able to see it at all. ”

“I traveled from Florida to Galapagos Island wirh my family, but they have a issue and Quito aereopuerto, that cause to me traveled by myself, but Im arrived to Isabella Island alone , the owner pick up me from muelle, and help me with everything, phone calls to call my family, safety place, thank you so much. If a have to put 100 star's I do , becouse you are exelent person and exelent plece to stay thank you so much. Tomy .🇺🇸🙏”

“Abel was very kind and flexible when I checked in. The view from my room was amazing!! The facility was nice for the cost. The only drawback was that the WiFi didn’t reach to my room, so I had to stay by the lobby in order to use it. I understand that this is the exception and most of the other rooms on the property can use the WiFi from the room. ”

“The room was not on the beach as advertised, but on a street one block from the beach. We liked that out door place to sit and 24 hr coffee. The room air-conditioner did not work and the over head light kept blinking all night. The outside temp was 85 degrees. The staff did not care about either of these problems and offered no compensation. Our room was moved the next day. ”
