“This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. “Six of us stayed one night. Great location with deck overlooking the ocean. Very good amenities. Murphy bed was comfortable. A/C is not automatic so you have to request it in advance (and pay extra). We just used fans and it was a little warm but ok. Would stay here again. ”

“This cute little place was perfect for our family of six. Kids slept on the sofa sleeper while the adults took the two bedrooms. Plenty of room and the place was very clean. The patio overlooks the golf course which is a beautiful sunset view with goats coming and going. We enjoyed sitting out there daily! “This condo was amazing! The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of downtown Kona and easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo was big, clean, and had a large lanai with beautiful views of the ocean. “We had a fabulous day at this condo. It was roomy and conveniently located. It was super clean with the best equipped kitchen that we’ve had in a long time. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have access to air-conditioning. We wish the table and chairs inside were a little comfier, but the outside chair is more than made up for it. We would happily stay there again.”

“A very well stocked facility! It’s a great location with a nice pool. Unfortunately the sheets didn’t smell good so I had to wash those. The mattress pad underneath had quite a bit of hair on it so that wasn’t good. The lanai door is very difficult to open and close and we used it a lot. Everything else was great!!”
