“Rooms were nice and clean. The only thing that was wrong the light/fan in the bathroom didn't work.”

“We arrived in a snow storm on a Sunday when the hotel restaurant was not supposed to be open. Because they knew the storm was expected, 5 employees came in on their day off to cook a limited menu. The staff were exceptional. The food was excellent. We couldn’t thank them enough for all they were doing for tired travellers stuck in a snowstorm. We highly recommend the Skyline Lodge and would love to stay again under better circumstances. ”

“Nice hotel near the casino. They don’t have a shuttle but the casino does again. Nice touch that they have a bar inside. Pool looks great, we just haven’t used it. ”

“We arrived late at night due to late start traveling and weather conditions. Upon arrival the young woman on duty was very pleasant and gave exceptional service in making my check in very easy and memorable. She was one of the nicest staff I have ever encountered and I feel that she is a very good representative of your brand. She possesses charm intelligence and humor. I would like to see her progress into management if the is her dream as d she would be excellent at it”

“The staff was very nice, everything was very clean and the kids really loved the pool table and many game options they had. It was fun to hang out in the lobby and enjoy time with friends. They had an issue with the hot water during out visit which was unfortunate, made our showers a bit chilly! ”
