“Our stay at this location was good and comfortable. We did not like that the lady at the check in counter came out covering her mouth because she was eating and did not greet us. That was very unprofessional. We liked the location and the room was clean so we would stay here again when we visit St. Augustine. ”

“Arrived at the condo at 6:30 when check-in was 4:00,due to traffic and the condo was completely filthy. That maid has not been there. Called and told them we needed someone to come. He said it would take him an 1 hr45 minutes to get there so we had to sit in our car literally 2 1/2 hours.. They offered us $100 for inconvenience to go out to dinner which we had 30 minutes to plow down some food , after returning from dinner to our surprise we found out as we went to bed. There’s no mattress...

“Please tell the owner to have their internet checked out, this is our second stay here, and both times the connection was so slow it kept dropping. It was almost impossible to work remotely. The speed tested at less than 3mbps, and I'm sure they are paying for much faster service.”

“After driving 3 1/2 hours, we received a cancellation of our reservation. What a disgrace. Did nothing to help. Basically left us to find other lodging and we ended up at a hotel with $90 in parking fees. Please find another lodging alternative. Failure to treat customers fairly! ”
