“We had a lovely room with a nice see view. Only there for one night but enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar & the breakfast was a great start to the day. All the staff in bar, reception & dinning room were friendly & helpful....all with smiles on their faces & happy to chat.”

“We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The rooms were self-contained units with beds, bathroom, small kitchen and sitting area. Facilities were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was in our room waiting for us. Lots of options - croissants, fruit, yoghurt, cereals. It was no problem to ask for more, if needed. All rooms are dog-friendly. Even a cage was provided. Fantastic location right across from the beach! It's a great place to explore the area, or if travelling to/from Cairnryan. However,...

“The hotel does not look very appealing from the outside (barely recognisable as a hotel) and the lack of reception and breakfast in your room is a bit odd. That said, my room was as per the photos, airy, clean and comfortable. The manager was helpful and the breakfast in the room was perfectly fine. It was all ok for me for a few nights on a work trip, but not what I would call a leisure hotel. ”

“Avril is a lovely person with great knowledge about the local area and attractions. The view from the double room is outstanding. There is ample parking and its a very good base. The garden is huge and backs onto a coastal walj so you can access the beach from there. It's a very traditional bed and breakfast. The rooms aren't en-suite which may not suit everybody”

“Clean and tidy room. had everything you could need but no staff on site during our stay and would stay again. no breakfast offer (obviously as no staff) but all else was good and would stay again. Good location for town shops etc.”
