“Check in was a bit complicated since no one around. I had to call the help line to activate a key card. I was receiving emails prior in German which I didn’t understand. The person on the phone spoke English so that was great. The apartment was fantastic! Very clean, new and had a full kitchen. The gym and party room was also very new. I would definitely go back there if I’m in Europe. I recommend it to my friends ”

“Struttura fuori Salisburgo ( 20 minuti dal centro in auto ) posto direttamente su una statale. Le condizioni dell'hotel non sono impeccabili ( la struttura avrebbe decisamente bisogno di un rinnovamento ) cosi come l'interno della stanza. Tra i servizi offerti non degna di nota la colazione e Piscina inservibile causa tantissime alghe presenti . Consigliato soltanto se si vuole risparmiare qualcosa nel visitare Salisburgo.”

“Our stay at Villa Alma was remarkable. Sophia was an absolute treasure as the manager of the property. She was there for check in and a tour of the facility, and became our friend during out stay. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, courteous and kind. The food was amazing for breakfast and if we need some food at other times. The access to the lake, and all of the facilities were perfect. Best stay we could have imagined. We would come back again without question.”
