“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“The hot breakfast was ready promptly at 6:30 am. The staff were friendly, the room was clean. A suggestion for improvement: light the hotel sign on the road. It's difficult to see at night; were it not for GPS navigation, I would have driven past the hotel.”

“The hotel itself was great but the breakfast situation was a joke. I paid $20 for breakfast and was referred to a restaurant on the premises. One server, buffet food but was going to be served by a waiter. 1 waiter. He was very polite but extremely slow. Coffee was terrible, served everything in paper containers like you'd get mac & cheese in. Milk, no creamer. No sweeteners on the tables. He would disappear for extended periods of time in the back and return with a tray full of paper...

“The initial great impression was the front desk team member ! She was very friendly and helpful!! The facilities were very clean! Fitness center was small, but still definitely had a nice variety of equipment ! We will stay again! Location was close to the Richmond convention center - about 10-15 mins. Parking was easy and close. No loud noises at night . ”

“The only negative so have to say is the heat in the building was cut up pretty high, so the indoor pool felt like a sauna. Theres also a broken jet in the hot tub. If you aren’t careful, it can burn your leg. Otherwise, the room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was tasty. Plenty of towels. I will definitely stay here again! ”
