“Ich war vom Zimmer positiv überrascht. Im gebuchten Zimmer (Nr 301) befand sich ein grosses sehr bequemes Bett. Die Minibar mit 2 Mineralwasser, 1 Bier und 1 Sekt war kostenlos. Leider funktionierte eine Steckdose mit der Nachttischlampe nicht. Grosse Überraschung war früh morgens um 5.15 Uhr, als plötzlich ein fremder Mann (wohl Partygänger) in meinem Zimmer stand. Wie kann so etwas passieren, dass ein Zimmer doppelt vergeben wird? Meine Schlüsselkarte funktionierte auch nicht mehr. Die Dame...

“J'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel afin d'aller découvrir les montagnes slovaques. J'ai passé peu de temps dans ma chambre mais elle était très spacieuse. Le personnel parle un bon anglais et j'ai beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le sauna. ”

“Super ! Bien placé, au calme, pas trop loin du centre (il faut un véhicule). Stationnement possible dans la cours de la maison. Cuisine bien équipé et propre, appartement spacieux. Lits confortables. Les propriétaires vivent au dessus mais nous ne les avons pas vu ni entendu du séjour (seulement pour la remise des clés). Vraiment top ! ”

“Nagenoeg iedere week overnacht ik in hotels en over het algemeen ben ik positief, maar dit hotel was uitzonderlijk teleurstellend, slechte service tegen een belachelijk hoge prijs, 138,- euro per nacht inclusief ontbijt. “I was highly dissatisfied as after a long drive and arriving late at night, the hotel informed me that I was not in the system (while I had my full confirmation with me). Moreover, the hotel was not as pictured and certainly not worth 100 USD a night. Nonetheless, after insisting that I must be in the system, the receptionist say `Ah yes, you are right, we relocated you (without my knowledge) to another hotel because we were overbooked.` The receptionist then provided me convoluted directions...
