“While the years have taken their toll on all of historic Lynchburg, you can tell that this was once the grande dame of the city. The staff was so friendly and super accommodating to my needs during my stay, as I was trying to take care of a relative. I will definitely stay here again!”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Very nice hotel, would definitely recommend for the walkability and convenience. The rooms were impressive, very large, very clean, & they thought of every convenience. However a few things are worth mentioning that makes me question the price of this hotel: the parking is around back and down a steep hill, which means you’re lugging luggage up a steep hill, or you can lug it up quite a few steps and around the building up hill. There is only enough room to pull your car up to the front door...

“Staff were pleasant.Breakfast was great. Rooms were very nice and it was peaceful. Beds wee comfortable and loved the kitchenette setup. Shower felt good. Very nice hotel! And loved the coffee much as you wanted. Stay was great! ”

“Nice place. Very close to theme park, which was the reason for my visit. Need better drink selections in the pantry. Water, diet coke, coke zero, diet pepsi, and pepsi zero will not cut it. Thankfully 7-11 is a quick 4 minute walk away.”

“The staff was lovely and helpful. I only wish we had be asked if we wanted to pay for the room with a different card. I was tasked with reserving the room so I had to put in a card but I wasn't supposed to pay for it. That said, it was only a small annoyance. The room was comfortable an clean and I would definitely stay here again if I need to! ”

“I really like this property but there are two areas that I think could be improved upon. First, there are no water bottles in the room or at the hotel available to purchase. Second, I was forced to tip on line in order to access my car. I had already tipped the valet in cash and the system you all use will not allow you to request your car without tipping first.”
