“It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. “The hotel location is poorly designed, the floor is granite but slippery, couple of the customers already slope and felt on their floor.
