“Ho prenotato una tripla con largo anticipo. Mi è stata assegnata una camera nei pressi della reception che si è rivelata rumorosa. La struttura è basica e avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Vi consiglio di chiedere la stanza con vista piscina che vi consente di ridurre il disturbo legato al passaggio e alla pessima acustica che subiscono i locali adiacenti la reception”

“This was an incredible stay while we visited Huacachina Oasis which was only 30 minutes away. The room was clean and spacious with a huge shower. We had a walk out patio that overlooked one of the swimming pools which was beautiful. The service was beyond exceptional! What ever we needed was delivered immediately and with a smile. “Se ubica fuera de la ciudad, relativamente cerca a los viñedos, las habitaciones son pequeñas,cuentan cin aire acondicionado y ventilador, poca potencia en el agua en las duchas, aceptables. El problema serio es en el restaurante y la piscina, había muchas moscas, sancudos y demás insectos. En general la limpieza no era muy buena. A mi hijo le encantó la mini granja con cuyes gallinas una cabra y una oveja. ”

“Excellent service and staff. Our bungalow was clean and very convenient for our group. Staff was courteous and professional. We enjoy the activities and dining options at their restaurant. “Un hotel u hospedaje de retiro familiar se caracteriza por su lealtad a los clientes, la privacidad y/o el trato de los colaboradores a nosotros, es un punto que este hotel no cumple no lo recomiendo a nadie si bien es cierto el gerente Juan es una excelente persona y muy profesional pero sus colaboradores no tienen la mínima idea del trato que deben recibir los huéspedes. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at The Pallar. A continental breakfast was included. They overcharged us for extra coffee but problem was resolved when we questioned the staff about it. We went to Huacachina around noon and they were willing to store our luggage for us until we could come back to retrieve it. Beds are hard but hotel is fairly quiet. Plenty of hot water. Overall, a good experience.”
