“The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. They gave ex suggestions of places to go and their directions were spot on. ”

“I would give it 5 stars but the bar onsite was closed . No breakfast available. Otherwise nice hotel , great Thin Lizard restaurant with live music and good food . Very good drinks . ”

“Thought bathroom was very nice. Only one elevator was working which caused delays. The one elevator from Parkway garage to 1st floor was an inconvenience. No free coffee in lobby was a let down No free breakfast was also disappointing for price What staff I did encounter was friendly Charging parking cost for parking garage seems unfair considering you have no parking lot”

“We checked in on a Friday night and there must’ve been a young kid softball tournament. One of the elevators was not functioning. It did have an out of order sign on it. One of the children got stuck in the elevator as we were checking in the receptionist herself kept herself vary together. She was funny she was witty. She was tired, but she did great. I wish I would’ve caught her name, but the stay in general was wonderful!”

“The convenience of a bar and restaurant was a good departure from other popular hotels in the area. The staff was very friendly, and the property appeared to be newer than it was. There was a large gathering area just off the lobby where our large group from all over the U.S. attending a family funeral could meet up. All-in-all, this experience prompts me to review my current hotel membership and seriously consider becoming a Holiday Inn member.”

“Floor number designations are very confusing. The 1st floor label on the elevator is actually the rooms with 200 #. You get on the elevator, press the 2nd floor button, and the doors open to the 3rd floor. There is no 3rd floor button in the elevator. Very confusing. I ran into another couple that was as confused as me. The desk clerk tried to explain, but it still made no sense. It would be very difficult for 1st responders ”

“The room was clean and updated including bathroom area. The provided toiletries were Dove including body lotion and liquid hand soap which is nice so you don’t have to wash your hands with one of the little bars of soap and get the counter all slimy. The biggest issue was the channel selection on the television. There were minimal channels and the TVs, two of them which were nice size, wouldn’t hook up to WiFi to cast from your phone. The WiFi was weak and jammed up as well. ”

“Cute property. Loud party went late in their private room. They were breaking rules of having door opened and partying in the hallway. Also, band from bar below was loud. Everything in the room was wonderful. Staff was very kind. ”
