“0.5박 숙소로 묵었는데 공항 픽업 서비스도 있고, 체크아웃때 비 쏟아지는데 여직원분이 임산부인 제 아내의 캐리어를 끌고 비맞으며 큰길까지 배웅나와 택시에 짐실어주시고 너무 감동했습니다. (진짜 그냥 서비스를 해주는 느낌이 아니고 임산부는 힘쓰지 말라며 가을 배웅해주는 느낌이었음)”

“Booked online only to arrive and spend ages waiting at the front desk with little communication. Was then told I didn't have a booking which I did, to then be told they were overbooked even though there were still availability showing online. Terrible thing to have happen on my birthday as well and after being really unwell in hospital and wanting to treat myself, they had very little care. ”
