“The hotel is very good (modern, large and well-equipped room, a huge pool and a great breakfast). The problem is that it is full of rules and restrictions. I travel a lot and this was the first time I saw a hotel prohibit taking food to the room. The service at the reception was also not very good. The times I had questions about things unrelated to the hotel (such as transportation, tours, etc.) they didn't know how to help me. That was bad. But, overall, the hotel has a great infrastructure.”

“Best hotel in Boracay Island. Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Beautiful relaxing family friendly. We really enjoyed our holiday at The Orient Beach Boracay hotel. The facilities were fabulous. There is a great pool. Free breakfast and free shuttle to the beach. Housekeeping staffs are amazing and provided excellent service.
