“The hotel was on the water, steps from the pier. Great location. Our room and property were clean. A nice touch: the property allows guests to use a refrigerator (although, locked overnight), and they have a refillable water station. I thought the staff were extremely nice during breakfast and when asking questions about the area. ”

“You couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the whole property was spotless. Breakfast was the perfect start to our days with all the smiling faces helping to make our start to the day a happy one. I highly recommend! It won’t disappoint. “This is a family-owned and run hotel that is next to their restaurant and tour business. We soon became family even though we did not speak each others' languages. It is next to the water and pier. We loved sitting out front and listening to the sea lions bark and watch the crabs scurrying about their business. The coveted blue-footed boobie visited each evening.”

“Nice place - it is exactly how it displays online. Clean, basic hotel a little away from the centre of town, but still only a 5 minute walk. Plenty of food and shops nearby. Staff went out of their way to help us when we had an issue with one of the local laundries being closed. Recommend.”

“The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal.”

“Awesome location, across from the beach and near the interpretation center and trails. The rooms were ok with a small fridge (that was very noisy), 20 random channels on a small TV, and comfortable beds. Great customer service when she was around (about half of the time during the day). The view from the balcony was really the best part. We booked and paid online through Expedia but apparently this property didn't get the transfer. Not sure if this was a onetime issue with the worldwide...

“This property was in a good location in between Playa Mann and town. 5 minute walk to either. Hosts were great and very helpful for planning our days, they even arranged taxis for us and picked us up from the airport. Room was very clean and spacious with awesome sea views”

“This family owned hotel was simply perfect in every way. They went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable experience. The breakfast was delicious. When I had an issue with a tour to Kicker Rock that I previously booked, Jose was able to get me on another boat at the last minute, which I really appreciated because it was a phenomenal experience. The rooms are very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed chilling in the hammock on my balcony at sunset. ”

“L’appartement est génial de jour. C’est situé au-dessus d’une buanderie qui fonctionne 24/7 avec les tuyaux qui communiquent = glou-glou-glou dans les drains toute la nuit. Également situé en face d’un parc où les jeunes se rassemblent pour boire et hurler jusqu’aux petites heures.”
