“Pensavo che la catena Best Western fosse una garanzia, mentre scarsa pulizia in camera, scale e moquette maleodorante, spogliatoi della piscina da dimenticare... Colazione accettabile anche se la pulizia mancava anche lì. Insomma, sono rimasta veramente male e non ripeterò l'esperienza.”

“Gorgeous little country retreat. Great place to go out and explore nature. Amazing staff, friendly and accommodating. Great food, breakfast has everything you need. The full English is very impressive, good quality and not oily! Dinner was also of a high standard. You get a real sense of farm yard with this place. We would return. Don’t expect luxury, but you definitely get a cosy and warm experience. ”

“This is a family run hotel in a Victorian building. Our room was really large with a high ceiling with a sea view on the ground floor. Staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to resolve a couple of small issues with the room. The hotel has a spa and also provides evening entertainment even in low season when we visited. “La struttura è immensa, avrebbe giusto bisogno di una rinfrescata. Essendo arrivati tardi e pernottando solo una notte non abbiamo usufruito dei servizi disponibili, che sono tantissimi: spa, bella piscina esterna (credo riscaldata), sala giochi… Il plus: la bellissima la vista dal bar. ”

“Abbiamo trascorso cinque notti all'hotel Heights di Portland in occasione di una settimana di regate internazionali. Ci siamo davvero trovati bene: personale cortese e comprensivo, camere pulite (la nostra era la 8, con vista sui prati a sud dell'albergo), ambienti silenziosi, breakfast abbondante e completo, ristorante molto interessante e con prezzi interessanti. Dal ristorante splendida vista su Chesil beach e sulla baia sottostante. Parcheggio ampio gratuito. Sentieri di trekking in...

“For the £48 I paid it was excellent value for money. I had a lovely large room with see views. It was clean and the window opened so that I could take in the sea air. The bathroom was clean and fresh. The bed was comfy, I slept sound and woke to the dawn chorus. Didn't have breakfast as I didn't need to. ”

“An excellent find - Great well appointed room, very clean and a very comfy bed. Bathroom was very clean and an excellent shower. Little touches like biscuits and chocolate treats were totally unexpected but gratefully received. Staff were very polite and provided an excellent service. The included breakfast was great. Overall 5*. I will certainly stay again when in the area.”
