“My room was great with a balcony with view, well working internwt and amenities- my friend however had a cockroach infestation in his room so he had to switch to anotger building, which also had a small infeststion of roaches in the bathroom. His room alsl lost power during the night.”

“Circondato da cantieri rumorosi e orribili. La condizione del bungalow benché il più caro della struttura, odore di muffa, water con scarico otturato quanto la doccia. Per arrivare alla spiaggia, si commina tra cantieri e immondizia. Pur avendo pagato 2 notti, dopo la prima notte c’è ne siamo andati. Faccio presente che siamo viaggiatori con buon spirito di adattamento. ”

“Bungalow esthétiquement jolis qui se fondent bien dans le décor. La propreté n’est pas suffisante. La terrasse de l’hotel en bois est en fin de vie : mon pied est passé a travers une latte de bois… heureusement qu’un seul pied… L’hotel est situé sur un côté de l’ile qui ne permet pas de rejoindre facilement d’autres plages (2h de marche minimum) mais un stand de quad a proximite peut vous faire gagner du temps. Nous avons été surpris par le manque de nettoyage de la plage attenante à l’hotel.....

“I got bitten by bad bugs. That's all! The service is generally very poor. The staff doesn't speak English. The amenities of the resort are not maintained properly (we had a rice plate in the pool bar, a bit of food falled on the bar and it stayed there for the whole length of our stay - 5 days). At the moment of the check out, the staff charged the bar expenses on our credit card twice and we are still fighting to get the money back. ”

“We had a wonderful five nights at this hotel. It is ideally located on an amazing white beach that is quite and does not have lots of backpackers and bars. The staff were excellent and sorted out a number of issues we had with our travel arrangement. Finally Koh Rong is definitely worth visiting for a relaxing and rejuvenating break. “This was an incredible hotel and it was luxury staying in one of the luxury tents. The tents had everything you needed and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I couldn't speak more highly of the staff, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. The beach was beautiful and I'd highly recommend getting a scooter and visiting the other beaches - especially Sok San! 10/10 stay. ”
