“A key central location with easy access to the entire town. The Hotel is quiet and maintains personal privacy very well. It is located adjacent to San Juan's main street. The room was very large, exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were both communicative and eager to help whenever asked to do so. “This is a small resort located at Southern Leyte, but overall, for a resort at the area, it is above standard. The staffs are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and they tried to accomodate everyone's favourite.”

“Our stay in Surigao was absolute bliss!! Although this place is old and has been badly affected by typhoon Odette a couple of years ago and is still undergoing renovations. The location was gold! The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Its location is in their famous Mabua Pebble Beach, Surigao City, and on the foot of a mountain and with some 300 steps you get the most amazing view. It is also a fishing village and I've spent every night just watching the fishermen on their boats...

In the web site of the hotel, it says, checkin starts at 8 am (due to early arrivals of boats from the islands), but at 9:30 am we were told that the earliest check in would start at 2 pm! We also had two rooms reserved, but the front desk clerk told us that her paper work shows only one room! She had no computer to check the reservations from Expedia.
